A quiz with a difference...

My next door neighbour parks on the street and has a bit of an oil leak.

My question is, given that this is an unusual shaped dribble - or repeated series of unusual shaped dribbles...

...can anyone identify what sort of car this is from?

Odd pattern of drops, that's for sure. Is it something with a undertray with vents in it maybe?

Or a flat 4/6 Scooby?

It's a QR code, scan it with your smartphone and it goes to the Environment Agency's website.

It's a Land Rover product, as the engine is offset to the nearside, and it has a rear diff. Discovery Mpi 5 door 7 seater.

I was thinking Land Rover as they generally like to leave their mark around.

A Gilbern Invader?

That would explain the leek...

Not sure if amusing pun or bad spelling.

Interneted. I have been spending too much time on sites for people that are younger than me recently.

Where else on the interweb would that question be answered?

Correct, it's a Subaru diesel estate thing.

I think it's on a 58 plate which in my book is almost brand new.

The plan was to post a photo of the car from the same angle, but it's vanished...

To the garage perhaps?

That's quite an impressive leak from a 58 plate car.
