Great bit of parking by whoever abandoned that!  And round the corner, a Transit that hasn't moved in... well, ages.

Seems funny seeing a car as new as a 60 plate being abandoned. Although I don’t suppose it’s really all that new anymore. Looks in pretty good condition though.

We had a similar discussion on the Dumped Cars in Your Area thread when 15 plate vehicles were posted there.

I always wonder with cars like that Kia if the owner is ok. It’s the sort of car an elderly person would have and the fact it looks pretty well kept. Maybe the owner is unwell or something and can’t do much about it?

It ran out of MOT in August and at the last test only had 73k miles on.

@danthecapriman Yes I'd say that's a strong possibility.  Look how long Huggy sat at my back gate when I was ill.  I'm amazed I didn't find the same sticker applied.

Little find today...

100_3156.JPG.e1b778712fe9f14fbd23e216fb622b67.JPG

...starting with a PRV V6 engine for your DeLorean, perhaps?  It's in what's left of this...

100_3155.JPG.11d41b3f7879c5402f447de6118a3d64.JPG

Wow.  But there's more...

These are in a banger collection but if anyone wants to make a genuine offer for them, I'm sure arrangements could be made.

Shit! Most excellent spot Eddy!

Tagora looks rather ripe sadly, but Solara doesn’t look terrible.

Brilliant Eddy, find of the year surely! Hope the Tagora survives.

Thank you; the number plate suggests it might even have been a Press Fleet car (I don't actually know, and I've done no research) but with so much of the front bodywork already gone, I have to assume it's future is ovoid.

Definitely spot of the year I think. To find one would have been special but two!!

Tagora has been off the road since 1996 with no MOT details held.

Solara though is more recent.

Last MOT in 08 took a bit of work but not horrific.

The mileage is stupidly low too. It’s got the essence of elderly owner who’s passed away to me, sadly. Probably had it years and when they died it’s just gone to ruin.

Itd be a massive shame for that to go on the oval…

It's That Time again at the Lakeland Motor Museum, and WiFeY is still away, so I had to go in the Jazz Club.  What a comedown!  Anyway... these caught my eye today.

Nice showing there Eddy. Little Mini van looks fantastic all sign written.

UAZ breadvan is a fantastic thing to see too. Yellow Mustang is a beauty, especially since it’s got wheel trims instead of the more usual ugly alloys people seem to fit now.
