I can't help but wonder if those windows have more than the allowed amount of tint.

Mk3 Cortina was the first car that spring into my mind because of the tips of the front wings, I'm still not convinced tho.

What ever it is, it is appalling and the owner should be put down. I want to say Vauxhall Cresta PC in a hightly bastardized form but I am also sure that it is not a Vauxhall Cresta and will probably turn out to be a Ford Cortina.

 

What I can't work out, but really think I should be able to is what is that car in the background?

I can see where you are coming from saying Mk3 Cortina....but the body line is a lot different and the bonnet is not the same as a Cortina .. I trying to find a AMC that looks the same
