Somewhat off-topic, I was on a flight a few years back that was diverted to Liverpool. We flew in along the Mersey over the chemical works and bang in the middle of a heavy industrial area there was a Victorian church. I'd love to go see it if I knew where it was...

 

 

The chemical works is most likely the old ICI site & I  think this is the church, next to the Eddie Stobart wharehouse - it looks spooky & strange in google earth

Kirkby and New Brighton. The Invaders team are still going strong and were based next door to us at SMM before an impromptu banger race on site was grassed up to Welsh named cunty security guard.

If you're going to make a sports car to sell to the Septics then building it in a west facing port is a good idea, see JLR. Dolomites were built there to keep Harold Wilson happy.

I think I remember you telling me that around the time of the OMGHIGHVIEWPARKINGPPCTINPOTJISM debacle. Did not realise that The Invaders were next door. Why did they not just crash into misery guts? He'd have been injured and the banger racers would have been knighted. Everyone wins.
