Good grief! What a shame that it's fallen from grace though, hopefully someone will come along with the necessary wherewithall to get it ship-shape once again.

Also nice to see a fair few members who commented on that thread still posting regularly today. 

How times have changed since then, the early 205 seems 'modern' compared to the rest of the fare in the photos.

Did I read somewhere that the owner is a Korean chap who apparently has good intentions to restore it - and possibly at least one more Pony stashed away somewhere? Or perhaps that’s just a load of bollocks I dreamt up.

I think thats right, he's been in touch with me once or twice over the years trying to buy my Ponies off me. He defo said he owned this in a conversation i had with him 5 or 6 years ago!!! Looks well tragic now though eh.

Flat paint and a scruffy mismatched wheel with no hubcap makes it look so much worse than it probably really is.  What's the betting the rear tyre kept going flat so the spare was stuck on and they've just 'not had time' to give it a clean.  Hopefully its fortunes will reverse again and it'll look cared for once more.  Still a shame to see a once surprising survivor looking so neglected.
