I know one of each... a Man who is now a woman, and a Woman, who is now a man. Both excellent friends, both share common interests, and live reasonably local to me, I keep in touch, and it's never awkward. Neither have appeared on TV for this matter (No pun intended)

There was a docker down here who was a tranny, his wife left him for another women so he decided to become a tranny to get her back.

 

He'd come to work in a wig and wearing lip stick, it was fuckin brilliant! a tranny docker surround by burly blokes.

 

The company had to build him a special toilet and the cranes i drive are called transtanners or trannys for short, which we was told not to say anymore in case it upset him.

 

He left in the end due to all the piss taking.
