Going by the registration number and the badge on the grille of the blue car, I wager that it's something to do with Standard Motor Products in India. A subcontinental Talbot Horizon rival/tribute/copy, perhaps?

I suppose, strictly speaking this isnt a "Prototype" as such,then again its being advertised as one by a dealer.

Its called a Monica and, by what i can gather, was meant to be a luxury car in the mould of Facel Vega. Anyway, its all on the wiki page and i will stick the link on at the end.
