Always good to find a photo like this:

From the cover of a Toyota brochure. I'd say taken 1989/90, interesting to see how few older cars there are. Most notable are the Horizon and Acclaim next to the Cowies recovery truck, and a Rover SD1 and perhaps an Alfasud on the other side? A good showing of Citroen BXs plus a CX, otherwise heavy Ford and Vauxhall domination.

Jaguar XJ40 looks to be giving @Peter C a hard time in the outside lane heading away from us....

Only car I've checked so far on DVLA is the Cavalier B158 HJB, which made it to 2001.
