I have decided to have a proper clear out of my car & bike projects, I received two fines this week and the management of them is a ball ache when work and families are enough pressure for anyone, the clearout commenced....and then I got a phone call:

Ooh, now do I want another Renault 12? Yes, I believe I do. Whether I've got time to do the work it needs is another matter... Mind you, the Daf sounds rather tempting too. As does the Horizon. If I were rich I'd be putting my hand up for all three, but I'm not.

The 12 is very tatty, purple and loaded with spares, I think it only needed pads for the MOT, the 44 a clutch!

The Horizon is a 1980 W reg 1100, ex Pandamonium, I swapped it for my Lada Samara, in retrospect I shouldn't've as the Samara was very Special, the Horizon is too I guess

The 3.0 MV6 Estate is a weapon that I never warmed to, 2000/X MOT'd it in April 09, put it in the lock up and it has still done less than a mile since it's MOT, brake pedal creeps to the floor so a master cylinder I guess and the ABS light is on, related? Silver with black leather

Mr Duke & Mr Organist, here is Pandamonium's thread about the Talbot, the only diference is that now it is dustier! It has been kept in a dark, dry place!

Obviously it doesn't run but that is meant to be purely electrical so potentially a very simple fix on a very simple car!
