I just tried it and got:

Search access is temporarily blocked after 150 searches in a 24-hour period. Your limit resets at 31 Mar 2026, 17:38. Upgrade to Professional to remove throttling and captcha requirements.

I registered with a spam Google account and it's working....

Also, it's not a licence, it's a 'registration mark'; although 'registration number' would just about pass muster.

Had a quick look at this. Seems a bit grim looking at all the cars with similar regs to mine. So far, all of them no longer have MoTs.

I realise that license or licence (verb or noun) may have already been taken as web addresses but that does not stop me being offended by modern changes to spelling and grammar

More that it's a pun based on something making sense, or sensing something.

I put in "D638 FEX" which was the reg of my parents' old Carlton CD and got no results. :?

Entered "D838 FEX" and the result was 1987 Dacia pick up. :)
