nick_toledo72 :- I spotted you at Gaydon, the day of Autoitalia. I did wonder about the colour scheme.

Yep, thats me of course.... minus all the magnetic signs and beacon of course...

A great day out... loved it !! :-)

I keep the car in it's full police livery these days, the coppers don't seem to have an issue with it looking that way? Quite suprising eh?

YES I do! But this is "AutoShite" forum where else can I post as many as Paykan/Arrows photos as I want?.. Ha?...

Pics of Hunter police cars are as welcome in this thread as pics of Granada police cars, Rover, Jag, Triumph... No worries!

OK! I don't consider the BMW to be Shite, but now that you asked, I have to introduce you to my other Blog, you can see pictures of my 2002 there! Now aren't you sorry for asking? :D

Is there a blog for the (technically not a) Defender?

No not yet, I don't think Defenders & Blogs go together too well.

Re:(technically not a) Why not? I have imported it from UK to here (USA), it has the 300TDI conversion, it is very much so a proper Defender mate!

If it was made in 1985 then its a Ninety, not a Defender 90. They only came along in 1990.

Any pictures of it?

well, here's one from the Women's Institute, although I have posted it before, a while back ...

a free ride, to "1735", for those who guess it right ... (these use to patrol along the A40 to Oxford back in the '60's)

OK, you got me there! Yes technically speaking it is not a Defenders, but since mine had a major overhaul done to it, I am going to call it that! Go ahead sue me! No picture yet, sorry.

Ok then, you call it whatever you want.

I am surprised that you have no pictures of it though.

Given that you are a car guy and all the effort and money expended in getting it into the US...

I guess you must be too busy with your Pecan Imp Chamois blog and your BWM it0022 blog.

Hi All....

Have a look at his picture here... It's the old Exeter force (Devon & Cornwall)

Something I can't work out though is.... What make and model is the car? I'm usually very good at this, but it's foxed me?

Can anyone help?
