FredTransit Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 In case anybody wants a copy tax disc, I have posted some on my website, if you want any specific ones let me know as I have some on file I took the vehicle details off http://a2ecommercials.webs.com/a2ewiki.htm just right click on the batch you want and edit them into individual tax discs
Pillock Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 You know the cameras don't actually look at the tax disc, right?
Albert Ross Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 I could well go for a December 1971 disc if you know where I can get one! Also a January 1963 would be good....... I have no money like!
Pillock Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 I am convinced that they do, in the same way that I am convinced that wind turbines are big electric fans that they switch on when a windy day is required.Fool! Wind turbines are switched on to increase the earth's rotational speed, they can also rotate and provide thrust if we need to switch position in the universe. "Left hand down a bit lads, we're going to clout Neptune here!"
Albert Ross Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 Have you ever been to Cumbria? I reckon theres a zip at the side of the M6, and one day it's going to be undone by a huge Scammell, and Cumbria will sail off into the Irish Sea, powered by wind turbine, and become Sodor.
Cavcraft Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 Cobblers, it's a government secret mission. The ones in the sea are used to propel jelly fish towards the shore, and the inland ones are used to blow the sun and the smell of sewage towards crap towns. This forces the residents of said towns to go on holiday to the seaside where they get stung by jellyfish, despite them not being able to walk on the beach as they claim invalidity benefits. Then as soon as the lardy gets go to the doctors WHAM! they get their benefits taken off them.
FredTransit Posted August 9, 2010 Author Posted August 9, 2010 I could well go for a December 1971 disc if you know where I can get one! Also a January 1963 would be good....... I have no money like!I don't think I have anything as far back as 63, this is the only 71 disc I have on file
FredTransit Posted August 9, 2010 Author Posted August 9, 2010 In case it's not clear. I am not selling these! It's so you can print them off yourself.

Albert Ross Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 Ah. Ooooops. My bad. (I'm thick see) I'm hoping to buy a Tardis after I've printed a few thousand off. I could make a mint.

HillmanImp Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 These are quite good. Have kind of the same thing going on with the Imp as I took it off the road so long ago now.
hennabm Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 Fred many thanks - I can now deal with it given my limited techno knowledge.
hennabm Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 ahhh but first I have to get it from screen to paper. Then comes the simple bit of taking up the quill and ink and writing upon said paper.
FredTransit Posted August 9, 2010 Author Posted August 9, 2010 Just do a test print first to see what size it comes out at, then play with it.
FredTransit Posted August 9, 2010 Author Posted August 9, 2010 No probs, just please don't go near me Mk3 escort OK? Taverymuch.....
scruff Posted August 10, 2010 Posted August 10, 2010 You star Fred, My Series One (now moving under it's own steam) was last on the road in 1977, I'll put the print off in the Marlboro disc holder and in the screen
FredTransit Posted August 10, 2010 Author Posted August 10, 2010 Another Autoshite Public Service brought to you by A to E Commercials!
FredTransit Posted August 10, 2010 Author Posted August 10, 2010 I have been asked for various years so now have a few 'blank' discs. If you want a particular year give me a shout.
scaryoldcortina Posted August 10, 2010 Posted August 10, 2010 Can you do me one for end august 2011? Don't worry about the escort, Conor is guarding it.
FredTransit Posted August 10, 2010 Author Posted August 10, 2010 Just so long as C isn't driving it! As for the 2011 disc sorry no! If you can travel back in time I am sure would be fine with the scanned copies from the 80s, come to think of it, if you can travel back in time, I think selling the scanned copies would be a nice little business. Sod that, if you can travel back in time, just knock up some white fivers and be done with it.....
scaryoldcortina Posted August 10, 2010 Posted August 10, 2010 Too much effort Fred. If I could time travel, I'd go back to friday and put tthe lotto on.
Conrad D. Conelrad Posted August 11, 2010 Posted August 11, 2010 Aren't these lovely? Compared to this bling bling catastrophe inspired by Liberace's bathroom. I understand the desire to include anti-counterfeiting measures, but why can't they be more subtle? It's got glitter and little stars cut out of it! Almost worth the fine just to avoid having something so ghastly stuck to my windscreen.
Angrydicky Posted August 11, 2010 Posted August 11, 2010 Looking for 1958, 1959 and 1986 if you've got them? Thanks.
