Haha!! I've been meaning to sign up for ages, I love my cars... newer ones I have to admit! Currently own a 1.6 16v 1995 Astra Sport... not bad considering I'm only 18!!

Forget the datsun, what you want is the Ford LTD behind it. That thing was tat of the highest order even when it was new. Long as a bus, asthmatic 6 cylinder engine mated to a cripplingly bad 3 speed auto with a sea of velour the likes of which this world has never seen before or since. I provoking one into a sideways moment once and it felt like I was drifting a supertanker.

An earlier LTD is the car used by Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones in Men in Black. Will Smith refers to it disdainfully as a Ford POS, and we can probably all guess what he means. He does seem to warm to it a bit more though when his colleague puts Elvis on the 8-track. Oh, and when the rocket booster pops out of the boot. I guess that would make the problems of the asthmatic engine and naff auto 'box fade away.

That Ford POS isn't, it looks to me more like a 1990s Lincoln Town Car. Which, ok, is a Crown Vic really, just in a posher suit. Good enough to build stretch limos out of though!
