Electric Hookups? Shower Blocks? Pah!

That would have been a well dogs caravan back in the day. Not a Fleetwood, but not bad.

How long ago was the day? Looks mid-60s maybe, could it have possibly been parked up with the 'tina and just left?

The photos don't show it well but the Cortina is only about 20ft from the caravan.

Could a mk2 Tina have pulled something that size??!

Apologies if you've seen this before - I experienced the joy of a yesteryear caravan on my tour of Ireland circa 1992. Yes - that caravan is a 'static', held in place with breeze blocks and blue baling twine. And yes - the R16 did make it back in one piece (if you don't count the exhaust snapping of at the top of the down-pipe).

OK, I give up, checked my living room (well it looks like it) from top to bottom and I'm buggered if I can find the hidden camera. :o

It's a brilliant shot that one, love it.

Oh my lord - I swear that we had that same sofa back in the 80's.

Those sofas are supremely comfortable. Mates of mine used to have a very similar one with matching armchairs, in a less offensive plain oatmeal colour. During my periodical daydreams about being mega-rich, amongst thinking about all the shite i would have, i fantasize about having exact replicas of his living room set made bespoke for me. hmm.

is it just me or has all furniture become hugely uncomfortable after about 1985? I can't even sit on our sofas downstairs.
