Wow! When checking the owner (he’s had it for 13 years) it turns out he’s also got a 2003 Lincoln Town Car. East meets West!

Some Swedish army shite.

Hägglund BV 206 from the early 80s. This is the original version with Ford 2,8 litre cologne. It’s a real screamer and it swims if it has to. Should be familiar to you guys.

Scania TGB 30 1975. 11 litre naturally aspirated Diesel with 220 horsepower going thru an automatic 6 speed gearbox. There is another version called TGB 40 with 3 axles and turbo. Extremely reliable and can take an extreme beating. Popular in Ukraine because of that.

Volvo C304. But in Sweden known as a TGB 13. Down tuned 3-litre Volvo B30 engine. Extreme off road capability.

And he also owns a couple of really rare MZ motorcycles. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen that Lincoln.

Giffer neighbour’s Volvo has suffered another bruise. Same corner, slightly more severe this time.

I think that you can safely say that here lives a Ford enthusiast. Rightnider will probably recognise this place. The Mk 1 is a 3-litre Ghia from 1975. Mk. 2 estate is a 2-litre GL from 1981 and holy crap, the Scorpio is a 24v Cosworth.

This is one of my favourites. An ordinary Volvo 850 -97. The owner has owned it for 23 years and I guess he takes pride in NOT washing his car. So this poor Volvo has its own ecosystem on the roof.

Immaculate Toyota Corolla. Looks like it’s straight out of the local Toyota dealer.

I could have taken a picture of that lovely W124 300E to the left or that nice Jensen Healey  -73 on the right. But no, I just had eyes for this Citroen CX 2000  from 1980.

A C6 Hdi. Currently owned by a 22-year old.
170,000 miles, and has been registered in Belgium AND Germany before coming to Sweden in 2016.F4AD9C4C-6F56-40F3-8216-1FC8BEB03E09.thumb.jpeg.51fe1537ebb0ca8247b4f54320092704.jpeg

Oh that 90s graphics gets me a hard-on. Is it a diesel?

Edit: it is! Now I will need to be on my own for a while…

The same guy also has two Tahoes mysteriously scattered around the neighbourhood. B819F65D-5A86-4AA2-B11C-7966704F62E3.thumb.jpeg.fe37e080da7ec7b5cacef50dc3b32dc0.jpeg

Lovely!

No picture as I was driving, but I saw a Peugeot 604 on the motorway yesterday. I can’t remember last time I saw one, let alone in December, bombing down the E6 in snow and sleet.

Oh nice!

I met a quite good looking Granada Mk 2 the other day.

I’m sort of trespassing your domains @Dyslexic Viking, but my brother in law sent a picture of a Lada Samara, out and about.

Thats interesting there are not many of them left and even fewer if any others in winter use.

Too bad it is not possible to read the registration number because it would have been fun to look it up.
