i know most of you dont like hitting cars with shitty sticks but want to share mine, well your all family after all eh

 

well polo has gone...

 

for those needing a recap, i brought said car for €400 with new timing belt, fresh service and full 2 years ticket, i arrived to an underground ca(r park in limoges and was shown the beast, looking abit pink but a good honest clean respectable car that was solid all over with no 'bad rust' i parted with my hard earned and the cars been with me since (over a year which is very good for me.. i mean since having the polo others come and gone include, 86 Scirocco, 97 Hyundai, The Camo Transit and others) but the polo's stuck in there, since having it i've treated to to some fresh rims, now replaced n/s driveshaft, front bearings, fitted, GK Exhaust and 4-2-1 Manifold, changed over from the standard to the increased bore of a GK Inlet and Carb, and JR Filter, which turned the car into a little fire breather, so decided its time in mars red/pink is done and its gone bodyshoppin' cant wait to get it back

how i got the car all those months ago..

 

 

i finally got it to this stage.. and ran it like this fer months..

 

 

the last month i've slowly been removing the remainder of the plastics ready to give iut a coat of some fresh paint..

 

 

drove an hour and half to my freind tim whos got a rather spanking datsun... so spanking i've left him to paint it as my own painting skills arent the best in the business, once it returns all its trim holes would have gone, its windows with a fresh tint, some strut braces and shock horror, a fresh lick of paint...

 

 

i feel so sad laving my little 'un left all alone but know she's gonna love it the dirty whore

 

upon strippin the car removed the rear lights and the rear washer bottle and found this..

 

yes its a jonny, still in wrapper but in a bag, best before date said 2002

 

 

and i left the beast like this

 

 

like i said tim has a nice datsun... this thing is mint and cant wait for him to finish it

Do like your Polo, 'specially with all the spot lights and lowered. Might have to find one myself one day, could be a useful thing.

As you already know VWP , i like it !!As for "more poke" , you should do it slightly barry boy and drop in a VR6 , make it RWD .Be different ... in a big way ?(Or is this not different ? . I wouldn't know )

yes has a coupe too spent years building it, mind he's in no rush to finish it, i want the polo yesterday

The late Mama Vin had a 1985 mars red Polo GL. B507 WNF it was and it also used to break down a lot . I've got some piccies of it somewhere. I'll have to find them.

yes about an hourish from me the Datsun been fully restored now, looks the nuts, he has a coupe too that he's playing with, he has painted it but still needs reassembling

i presume he does, i've seen the other cars he painted and they are A1 so have no doubts mine will be good i cant argue either way, most of the work i'm getting done is for free

no i decided its a nice car and didnt want it ruined with a bad paintjob done by me its my daily, i plan on keeping it, bodywise it has no rust whatsoever (just had alot of dings and dents), and it's legit... which is nice, at this rate i'll never get the posh merc i always wanted so the polo will have to do

Great paintjob !John, next year i will come over with a whack of cash (That i magically get from some place) ... and i am bringing the shittin Fizzler an Plastic pig.Crazy choice of colours , But aslong as you like it !

i love it, thinking of binnin the alloys and going back to steels (13" 175 70 13's same as the alloys) but with some nice wheeltrims

 

these are ford pinto but only have 24hours to decide
