An advertising poster, from 1987, for the 'Stella' moped (or, rather fabulously, 'minimokick') made by the 'Sarcan Zweigsne' factory in Riga. It used a Czechoslovak made ZVL-Kolarovo (aka Babetta) motor.

If you're wondering this is somewhere in the Kazakh SSR and the tractor is a K-701 'Kirovets'.
