Both Innocenti built...

an Australian built Minis...

had quarter lights.

The psychedelic car is George Harrisons Radford built car, and they made fitted electric windows and quarter lights to Mk1 Minis when they just had the sliding windows.

Others do not seem to have a problem. Maybe your browser settings are not allowing the images to be displayed because they do not trust the site that they are linked from.

Odd that all the first ones are not displayed (still the same) but the later ones are:-

All the pictures I post are not linked from the same site. The two in the quoted post are one that I uploaded from my own pictures...

and the Australian one is a direct link from an Australian Classic Car Dealer.
