That Commer brings back flashbacks.  My dad sold his Wolseley 6/110 and got a Commer (PB?) with Perkins 4/99 engine just as I passed my test at 17 years old.  At least the old Trafalgar blue beast was a presence.  The camper was already a slug, but hampered even more with the asthmatic diesel.

Looks like a 1931 4F model as it has a hand gear change. Also I think that might be Edward Turner, the designer, on the bike.
