That Allegro is great, I'd love something like that in my garden, slowly returning to nature. On the Renners in Exmouth, the 6 has been in someones spotted thread. Fairly sure they all belong to a guy on RCCC forum.

A few from the last couple of days, appealing small Ford....

Morris van with patina....

This Beetle caught my eye, being a slightly tatty early 70's model like the many that were still around when I got interested and owned them in the late 80's, nice change from some scened up sack of shit

Posted Image

I've boshed this lovely Farina Countryman wagon a few years back, but it's nice to see it's still on the road and the yellow lamps suggest Continental adventures! Seth will need a lie down in a dark room after seeing this

That renner 6 looks familiar, perhaps in someones spotted at a show type thread, or the old ebay tat??

Yup, it was on ebay not so long back. He wanted £2000 for it. It didn't sell. It was a nice one and would have been tempted for a grand!

Excellent! You seem to be able to find some true gems round your way, I wish there was stuff like this round here. There was a Rapier abandoned by Farnborough North station for ages, but its gone now.

Posted

Cracking stuff! Nice to see the EEL registration on the Cortina, my old Skyline had the same on it and came from down that way.Ex-Avenger Rostyles on the Super Minx I think?

That EA is one for the Autoshite calender - august I think. The old boy with the TL is like some I have met. I get asked if I am council or health and safety

Posted

cracking pics Big straight.....my old dear used to own a white Fez with a DFJ reg no....top work 8)

Posted

EA is impossibly obscure, love it.

They used to be so prevalent when the post office had them, then they disappeared overnight...

Posted

The Leyland camper sure is late on an S plate, is it not?

Nice to see a T45 still in service, too. I love seeing old wagons still earning their keep, especially if they look really work-worn and tatty. There's just such a van, an E-reg Ford Transit, still being used by a local builder round here, there isn't a single panel on it which doesn't have a massive, rusty scratch on it. Fantastic.

Few from the last couple of weeks, Torquay roadside seller would like £995 ono for this old J-tat, mind you it does have all the extras including air-con....

Old Merc camper semi derelict in the wilds of West Devon....

Posted Image

Ace Commer camper in sunny Exmouth....

Agreed, I'd have it in a flash! That capper looks as bad as it always has, it used to be painted with england flags, ot in any normal way but flags on every panel. Oh and that maxi is top class.

I think the last ones were A-reg, certainly the Post Office had them that late.

I don’t reckon there’s much wrong with the Cortina. I hope it’s suitably loud.

Surprising how many Accords of that generation are still around. Apparently that one is a 1.8 auto (normal auto, not Hondamatic by this time?). I reckon it’d be an EX trim, which would have lots of bells and whistles but lack ABS and possibly cruise which the EX-R that I then Mash had.

+1 that 'tina is pure rude 8)8)8)8)

strangely drawn to merc camper mind

Great spots again! I seem to have missed your last update as well, that EA is a superb find, Ive only seen one in the past decade or so and it was.... out of action, so to speak. I never seem to see any of those MKII Accords post facelift, and that Maxi is brilliant. Cortina for me too though, straight outta Street Machine circa 1981.
