GS - no

735i - yes

Shame.  There's only one of those I'd be interested in having a peek at tomorrow.  And, um, it's not the 735.

Poor Jay will be heartbroken! :-(

The 735i is great to cruise Europe, took off with the 450SEL Merc on a derestricted Autobahn leaving 528i in our wake, reaching 125 mph before catching traffic. No other cars could follow us for 10 minutes due to air turbulence!

Chris,

I'm going to have to miss the Tavistock gathering;  I don't feel I've recovered enough from surgery and Mrs K's night driving confidence isn't getting any better.

If you want a break on the way down/back or need a refuge you know where I live.  If M5/A30/A38  blocked the Tiverton/Crediton/Okehanpton route will get you past some of the closures that regularly happen.  It is wet down here and getting wetter and staying wet into Sunday so I'm expecting roads being closed because of floods - A35 already closed.

Good to see you again Chris, and to meet Mrs6C.  And AX station transport was a bonus!

Rio drove the 80 miles with no problems other than misaligned washer jets (sorry, I forgot about those).  It is soulless though, which is perhaps why they created a whole Soul model to compensate.  And although it started the journey very clean, it now very isn't.
