While perusing the glourious pages of Autoshite a few weeks back there was a scooter being sold, thats not what really caught my eye, this seller just happened to mention he had another scooter that doesn't run with no MOT also for sale. I was hooked, espically after seeing the picture of this fine little Suzuki.

Very 2000's! Plus it's red so will go faster than normal.

One major problem though. I've not been on a scooter for about 20 years, don't have a licence, or a CBT, helmet and no way of getting it back home 130 miles. So I sent the seller a message and the deal was done. Jerzy Woking is a top autoshiter and offered a door to door delivery service,

I didn't sleep vert well on the Friday evening due to the excitement of a bike that's nearly 20 years old and doesn't run being delivered @ 8.00am. My door bell rang at exactly 8.00am, offloaded and swapped some money and paperwork and all was well.

I'll not have chance to do anything with it for a couple of weeks as I'm finishing my loft off.

I should really book my cbt now though..

A+ Seller!

Was really tempted by this myself but ULEZ says no. You absolutely cannot go wrong with a 2 stroke- should be quite a peppy thing!

It's a great little thing, but with 10 other bikes to run, it had to go, but I only wanted it to go to a Shiter. What better than one with no bike licence or helmet? And 150 miles away? And with building work taking up all his time?

But it will be sorted soon I'm sure, and delivery gave me an opportunity to give the Vivaro a decent run out before it takes me down to Spain. All good and 43mpg to boot.

I could do with tidying my shed so I have room to play with it, but my main job at the moment is my sons loft room, I've got £500 worth of insulation being delivered today. so I'll be able to crack on with that soon!

It has been scientifically* proven that it’s impossibly to be unhappy on a twist and go when the sun is shining.

After a full days plastering for a friend on Saturday & football duties on sunday for my older son, I managed to nick an hour and have a look at the bike. After a few attempts it fired into life and then died. so kicked it again and ran for a few seconds more, then died, so did it again, and it ran and stayed running as soon as I touched the throttle it bogged and cut out. With all this excitement and smoke I tried again and It stayed running and could even give it a rev.

it started another couple of times after this and seemed to run ok. just tried again at lunch but no such joy..

happy so far..
