6 months T&T, minimal rust and tidy interior. 

 

(also it's misfiring, someone's crashed into it and someone else has broken in and smashed the steering column shroud)

When my grandfather's Mk4 Granada got too much for him to handle, he upgraded to a white B-reg one of these, the only one I've ever seen on the road.  He passed away over 15 years ago so I was rather surprised when talking to my dad a while back to find that my uncle might still have it squirreled away in a garage somewhere.  I really should find out more.

They were loaded from Korea and were going to be shipped to Libya.

The shipping fees were never paid, so they ended up at the shipping company's head quarters (at a European Port).

Subsequently the vehicles were kept from the shipping company who has now put them up for sale through ourselves.



We are only interested to sell as a job lot (or may consider selling in two halves).

At £220K for the lot, the price works out around £4k per car, which is very cheap.

Indicatively, USA prices for these cars (2008-2009 models) are around $11,000-$12,000 each.

I'm pretty sure all the POO cars were Ford's own fleet of press cars/company vehicles, whatever, registered new to the company anyway

Comes complete with new panels, headlight panels, lower front door pillars, O/S rear lower quarter panel, too many to list, please look at photos!
The interior is complete .... The headlining is complete .... All the glass is intact in the car.

 

Awesome! I think I might have been unfair, this isn't as hopeless as it looked at first glance. Anything missing?

 

 

 

There are a few bits missing

 

Well that's to be expected I suppose. 

 

 

 

Steering wheel and column, steering box, front cross member, and all front suspension and steering arms.

Is that everything? Please tell me everything that's missing, even the small stuff.

Yes, that certainly ranks bottom of the list headed by 'missing steering wheel'. Why is this car in ruins anyway?

 

 

 

All these items are missing as it was being converted to take a 2lt pinto.

 

Whoa, you're telling me an engine conversion project was abandoned, leaving at least one ruined car in bits?! Trailer that car to Ripley's Believe It Or Not immediately!

Very cheap for a GXL but there's some awful mods going on here like this boot spoiler and the K&N on top of the old air filter?.
