HYPERLOL! This takes wanky airbrushing to a next fucking generation, who or what the frick is that on the right?! 

 

Ahem. Sad as it is I believe I might have the answer. These are crap renditions of the 'Deep Space 9' (a Star Trek spin off) characters Captain Sisko and Odo. The latter is a living pool of liquid who assumes human-ish form and is the stations security officer. Kinda funny really as I'd quite like to turn that monstrosity into a pool of liquid.
