Yes, it's possibly the dullest car money can buy, except that something rather odd's going on here.  It's a pre-2001 Mk1 by appearance but it's on an 02 plate and the owner says it's a 2003.  Eh?

 

Think it's just about feasible to be on an '02 plate if it was registered late, you certainly see Ys and 51s. '02 was the facelift year. 2003 could be a typo?
