At least with a head gasket problem its less likely to be stripped to make a Corsa fast.  These are vanishing quickly.  Im going to keep an eye on this.  

 

I already have one 2.3 Saab and thats "one too many" according to the households Finance Director / CEO of Purchasing.  She might, in fact, be wrong...

£30,000 for a fucking monstrosity that's on steel wheels and the rear decals are pure HobbyCraft.

 

To be fair, It Looks very well done. Lacks the power it needs, to really cut it as a Super Car.  The 16 year old me, if allowed any decison making for the 51 year old me, wouldn't go to look at a potential BTL on Saturday, as part of my pension planning but would be spunking  the deposit on that or a 911 of some sort, and coke and hookers

I saw that earlier during my usual evening of testing my resistance to temptation on the bay.  They were frail when new and do not have a chassis.  Restoring from that state would in reality be a rebuild i.e. nearly everything newly moulded rather than repaired.  In their day they were indecently rapid.

Phwoar I'd lick lick LICK that Fiorino, its got the later Fiat 147 face on it as well, which means it was made in Brazil or uruguay or summert I think

Supposedly I was brought home from hospital in my mother's arms in a Fiorino. But wiki says it wasn't launched until 3 months after I was born. Umm..

 

edit - my dad was telling me he drove Simca vans the other day in the mid-70s - perhaps it was one of them :-)

Was a Jan 87 D reg according to the listing which makes it the same age and month of birth as my Sister who funny enough drives a more modern 07 Seat Ibiza 1.4.
