The complete braking system has been done, front and rear, all with flexible aviation [not sure what that means, do people use aeroplane parts on old Fords?  Or maybe it means flexi hoses?]

I think it means it's had braided flexis fitted.

Seller's missed a trick by not calling himself The Master Butcher

Isn't it funny how different digital cameras have differing levels of inability to render the Millennium colour scheme in all its glory.

Makes sense.

Oddly the French degree in 1998 didn't include any car parts... I have native speakers nearby though so I can check this stuff within a few days!

"Engine good as previous owner put a reconditioned engine in just a couple of years ago"

If he knew who* had put that engine in there he most certainly wouldn't use it as a positive selling point!

Anyway, the new improved dashboard the seller has fitted since I last saw it is nothing short of magnificent.

It was the sixth of March, another sleepy, Broughty Ferry day
I was out choppin' cupboards, when my brother said ma's calling the bailers today

s-l1600.jpg

And at dinner time we chopped off the diff and put the fucker on the front seat
And mama hollered out the passenger door, y'all, remember to wipe your feet

s-l1600.jpg

And then she said, I got some news this mornin' from Chocolate diff ridge
Today, Billy Joe MacAllister took his Kalahari to the weigh bridge

Bit of an oddball -that A60...As seller says Riley/MG dash (it's actually Riley) which appears to have been recovered in some kind of leathercloth/PVC.    Doorcards also look Riley, seats are normal A60 as is the exterior but the rubbing strips are Oxford.   Looks smart, though and if its solid like it says probably not a bad buy.

This looks cheap.  I like these a lot.

Also best towcar of EVAR.  My last one dragged this back from Gloucestershire to Norfolk without breaking a sweat.  Which is more than can be said for the trailer tyres.

'I don’t know what it’s like underneath'

The last owner said the same a few weeks ago when he was selling it on Facebook, for the same price.

Thanks Billy, but I can't spare the money.  Not that it'll go for any price I could afford anyway!

Grey Lincoln's already sold

MK 2 Astra SRi; immaculate, 47000 miles, at a price only somebody who really loved one would pay. It does look nice though, but 9k?

That’s fantastic. Wouldn’t be the full 130 engine would it? TBH if I owned that I wouldn’t want to sell it for less than £absurd anyway. Unless it’s an optimistic dealer of course.
