'The engine is a three cylinder two stroke'

That's all you ever need to read. Someone should buy this and bring it to Cholmondeley where I promise to dribble all over the diarrhea brown paintwork then pull my kex down and literally BUM IT UP THE EXHAUST PIPE.

During WW2 there was (iirc) loads of secret weapons stores/bunkers etc. I have now deduced these have been used in later years to squirrel away Mk3 and Mk4 Escort estates, as there's seems to be loads about recently.

Bit of a weird advert (breaking/sell complete) can only assume he's been tiddled about by eBay spanners. Potential bargain for someone there I reckon. Ian?

Scrap? That was listed last week, and ended today with no bids, for about £900

Really glad I don't have a grand floating around in the bank else I'd be putting a bid on that Auto Union. Not sure how popular it would make me at home though.

I'm going to get a limo just like that and call it 'Pink Oboe'. I'd cruise round shitty town centres at 3.00am on Sunday mornings and offer to give birds a free lift home if they played a tune on my blue veined piccolo.

Posted

Yo Cav, I reckon that will be a successful venture, I imagine you will be surprised hom many tunes get banged out on it

/\ wish that Proton was nearer.....

Remember this? It was bought early last year to someone with an Alf Romeo van, IIRC. This time it was for sale at Bonham's Paris auction on 7th feb. Sold for €23,000 inc. premium

It wasn't the smaller 900T, from the same source was it :?:

I had a four door Chevette GLS saloon in this colour once. It was absolutely WANK, nothing but a medium sized parcel-of-cat-shit-esque, tosspottery WANK. Obviously once I'd completely spied my arse and sold it at a loss, the new owner traced the problem to a shagged alternator and a bad earth and spent f*ck*ng years getting good value out of it.

'more refinished version of the Fiat 500'

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure if you superglued some dog shit to a roller skate with loose wheels it'd be a more refinished vehicle than a Fiat 500.

Chester-Bournemouth: 221.5 miles, total fuel costs there/back: £70 or so.

Taxi to the Twat & Bastard to borrow a sawn off: £9.40.

Cartridges: £150.

Bribe to publican of said alehouse to say you were there all night drinking and fell asleep under the table: £1,250.

The great feeling you'd get from kneecapping the bastard who ruined this car? PRICELESS.

'I did all the work shown. This is what I were doing when you were most probably out on the town.'

You should have done the latter because no matter how much you drunk, no matter how many pints of vokda and thinners you consumed and how many crack pipes you had a blast on, you couldn't possibly make that car look more TOSS if you tried.

Seriously considering making this guy an offer. I have missed out on too many of these in my time. He does seem a bit of a tit though. You see if you can make any sense of that description?

What a cock warbler. he hasn't got time to do the work but he has got time to do the work if you pay him. He might be ok if you ring him and sound him out, he's possibly just frustrated by eBayers pissing him about or something.

I say give him a bell and see what he says.

Posted

Me too, he did have a fairly coherent intelligent sounding ad at the start! lord knows why he's filled it up with that shit, all he's done is make himself look like a massive flange.

Posted

A Reynard Metallic Prinny? Oof alive. Good job the ad is the mutterings of a mad man or I'd have been suffering itchy bid finger.
