Only question is why has that car not already been loaded onto a container ship FOB Junkport? They built the Manchester Ship Canal just for this purpose, you know.   Get that Bill of Lading signed, Herr Junkenfuehrer.

Because I decided to drive less familiar stuff in the second half of my driving age.

Yes, I know, I mustn't like this.

And a Thermoquadded 351 Cleveland:

Consequently this thing can make mince out of the Quattroporte I posted earlier.

Seeing this reminds me that Ford marketed these in the UK for a short time in 82/83. Called them LTD s, think they were seen as something for senior managers to move onto from a Granada instead of an XJ6 . Only ever saw one , it was always parked outside the Ford Diplomatic Sales Office near Oxford street. I've got a brochure somewhere, wonder if any were ever sold?

Can I bring to the attention of all our resident poverty-porn addicts (I include myself in that category BTW) to this MAGNIFICENT Rover 620 with trimz n unpainted bumper combo!!!!!!! This must be well rare as I believe a lot had their bumpers painted by dealers to make them a bit less miserable-looking on the showroom floor.

He’s asking £400 for this with a short ticket which seems mildly hopeful, although its hardly a large sum of money is it. 1 former owner too. I might send him a cheeky offer

That Mazda 626 GTI 2-3 pages back is bloomin' lovely. I can imagine what a satisfying thing it would be to drive. Shame that after Mazda went to all the trouble of handing the wheels to suit each side of the car, someone has fitted a couple of them wrong.....

Mk1 Lexus LS400s often seem to suffer the same fate.

Lesser manufacturers just made the wheel the same for both sides.
