Best colours imo. Hot hatches should be silly colours. Possible to remap to fair bit higher power levels.

They're slowly coming cheaper and cheaper. They are on my bucket list of cars I want.

These are the Meganes that the Renault workshop manual on replacing the starter motor, starts with "Step 1. Remove engine"!

That engine is one of the best I've tried running on veg. [/fool]

I missed this somehow, now only has 22 minutes to go if anyone fancies a prison break looking mega early Sherpa with paintwork so fresh it looks like it's still dripping off

Really?

The one I had ran like total crap on it and was a totally different vehicle on good quality fuel, even supermarket stuff didn't seem to agree with it.

Literally gained 10mph top end and stopped smoking on the good stuff.

Each to their own but I'm no veg fan anyway.

Jesus how much wob is there in that Sherpa. It's mid November now - I reckon by spring time that will be ready to weigh in JUST IN TIME 4 SUMMER!

I think that badge on the back of that sherpa should say dulux rather than deluxe.

I like these. My mates dad was a plumber and had one of these, we used to borrow it for road trips and I spent many a happy a miles rolling around in the back getting hit on the head with copper pipes.

My next door neighbour has one of these (older shape) - it's a K prefix so 92ish and it refuses to die.  He's had it the whole 10 years I've lived here - it has a hard life towing trailers full of wooden gates, logs etc and laden to the gunwhales with chainsaws etc. (he makes bespoke wooden gates and does tree felling etc) His wife won't let him park it on the drive due to the oil leaks but it's certainly been a reliable old bus - I was chatting to him about it and he keeps thinking about replacing it but there's nothing he can afford that would be any better.
