Gwapple me gwapenuts, viewers, and follow me fwough the fauna as we sneak up on this little beauty in Sheffield. Careful now, don't want the little bwighter to spot us do we?

An intwesting fact about these cars is that they known to nest for twenty four months before bweeding and the tell tale sign is they thwow out their own fwothy white population paste underneath. I think this one's alweady dwopped it's young, look at that gween pool behind it. Look at it's sexy little dewierre still on show. I tell you what, if I wasn't mawwied to Wosemawy I'd be dwy bumming this to within an inch of  it's life

Truly gopping, yet oddly appealing. Say what you like about the sceptics, they don't half turn some absolute shit out.

What does six grand buy you? The first air-portable LandRover made by the look of it, the experimental one that was dropped seventeen thousand feet upside down with no parachute into a concrete mine

Bloody hell, check this funky little automatic out! I reckon the o/s/r wing has had a visit from Captain Rattle o'Can but it's still quite fit.

I mean, FFS, look at the state of the thing. The front bumper's in a different postcode to the rest of the sodding van.

To be fair this loks VALU for £1,200. VOSA site says it's MOT'd until the 12th October 2017 too. Stick it in a dry garage, wheel it out in five years time or more and it'll be worth serious coin I reckon.

'It has MOT until November but should go through again'

It's a 1989 Transit, it probably wouldn't have passed an MOT in 1990.

'alternatively, you may simply need it for parts if you already have a van of this age. Possible parts could include engine, gearbox, starter/alternator, axles, wheels and tyres.'

So, it's fucked then?

I bet a day spent in this would go more slowly than 25 years of being chained up next to Nigel Mansell in an abandoned beige factory in Derbyshire

"Senator" estate?? Cool.

Had to check this one again. Interesting, why no factory GM 3.0 injector versions?

Probably something to do with the independent rear suspension set up not fitting under the estate, I'm just guessing, but if it did presumably whoever built this would have just chucked the Monza axle in ,instead of hunting down a primative antipodean set up. The most powerful engine Opel teamed up with the live axle was the 2.5i Commodore( Viceroys were all carb, apart from the Queen's one-off estate)

The ebay offerer of this Metro based beauty says it was built by MG for a cash strapped council. I hope proper aficionados will fill in my lack of knowledge of this thoroughbred with a few more details.

I've always wanted a tipper truck. No real reason, but I just want to tip the bed up and down.
