is the wood on the back of this structural like on a minor, or just for show like on a mini?

i doubt i've ever seen one before, and yes, it is a lot of money (£6000) but i bet there are not many other examples left?

also how much would you have to pay for a fair minor traveller nowadays?

"I have recently been given my Grandfathers Focus RS as a deposit for a new home"

My initial response was "Spoilt Bastard".

I then realised that My Grandfather made exactly the same gesture for me.

I wonder what kind of house deposit I could get by selling my 825?

My Son was given his Grandad's car.  19,000 mile W Reg Astra 1.6 16V Club. I believe it has 28K on it now.

I turned down my grandparent's c reg 20,000mile talbot horizon In 1994 as I loved my 2cv.

My dad sold it at his school to another teacher whilst writing the ad for the notice board . £350 I think they wanted!

I'm sorry, I didn't realise what it would be.

No, it isn't on these.   All that timber is affixed to steel box sections, only the top horizontals between roof panel and upper window frames were supporting pieces.

Doesn't mean the metal underneath isn't rotten, of course, once the timber opens up.....
