That Ami! The seats are so disgusting I actually feel a bit ill. As is the nasty two tone paint job. How can people have such poor taste? At least the number plates are an easy fix. The worst bit is £4500 is the STARTING bid! Good luck with that.

 

Talking of no taste, somebody needs to save that Farina Wolz from the re-trim the dealer is threatening. I'd rather see it round the oval than with a shitty new interior. Actually, has there ever been a leather re-trim that cost less than £10k that doesn't look totally horrid?

I am putting this vehicle up for auction for my friend Steve.
He does not do 'Internet'.

 

I sure hope he 'does do' running water and in house toilets?

When was the last time he took a bath?

 

 

It has a 283 Chevrolet V8 engine that has been removed, checked over, and repainted and is ready to reinstall.

 

Flogging that could well free up the funds necessary to buy an original spec engine.

 

I'd be tempted to take this on, if I had the infrastructure.

I know it won't be easy, although as always, if I can't get it, they didn't make it. Here is one available in its original packaging:

Selling that SBC might yield almost enough to get the whole heap shipped over. Then flog the rubbish around the engine for further £££.

 

Thing with those Tornadoes is that they are a fascinating piece of kit.

At their time the only OHC six made in USA. In proper tune, they make minced meat out of a standard 283 Chev.

mr angry BMW has had that up for sale for at least 3 years. I think it was 900 quid originally.
