A 1.8 in a car that size should be a bit of a giggle!

 

I think it's about 118bhp which is the same as a Mk1 Golf GTi.  Obviously any hatchback with less than 400bhp these days gets you labelled as batting from the pavilion end but it's quick enough in a light car.
