still going for £100 as the seller has been let down again

Hi peeps I've got my car for sale SPARES OR REPAIRS Its a Rover Sterling 800 series with only 66k miles on the clock She's just passed MOT in January and had new central/back exhaust replaced
Last year I had new water pump fitted and they replaced the cam belts to a tune of over 1k She has 4 good Tyres Leather interior and has rover radio with CD autochanger she's in good condition for her age with only a few scratches from supermarket parking Up to last week she drove well but unfortunately she started to steam I stopped and called recovery and she's got oil in her water reservoir and I'm told its poss the head gasket but until garage looks at her they couldn't be sure or say how much it would cos As you all know garage labour is expensive but if one of you are able to do the repair yourselves then you'll get a good car I'm open to sensible offers before advertising elsewhere Thanks so hope an enthusiast will buy her hate to think she may go up to the garage in the sky

oof look at the interior on that buick. Hedonistic use of crushed velvetette.

I recon this is an e12 based 6 series with bits of later highline body kit stuck on. Pity as i really like the simpler look of the early 6 series

You're right. It is an E12 based car, but I don't see any Highline bits. It might even be late enough to be Motronic. The painted metal bumpers are a detail from a later era, but may just be the standard ones painted because an E28 base rear bumper won't fit this. Wheels are wrong on all levels, but the genuine Recaros and the steering wheel are spot on.

The first man who commented on your screen grab viewed it today and walked away.

I quite like that CQ, but then I did like the white kamei kitted Golfs etc of the 80s.
