Here's another one of these flippin things with a knackered engine. They obviously decided to mix things up a bit from the previous generation by having rock solid bodies and rotten mechanicals apposed to rock solid engines and rotten bodies.

Pity as I quite like these other than all new carzrshite etc.

My understanding is that the Mk3 engine, needs have the 710 topped up, to the max, if you are going to put the car into any form of tyre grip testing, as the G forces send the 710 away from the poorly designed pick up. Even then, probably safer for the engine, not to explore the handling limits.

So it's a sport car that will explode if you drive it quickly around the corners? Why do I feel ford had a hand in this ?

Any idea if the 2.0 is any better?

the 216 is a honda engine, and not a kettle?

 

looks good on those wheel, i had the same one on my bubble rover 25.
