If you do buy the BX, I still have various spares for them, including a rear door and a chavvy parcelshelf with mahoosive 6x9s in it. Stylish.

Would the parcel shelf fit an estate?

This is lovely.  Very early K-plate Mondeo.  Sort the dented arch, get some of the right LX hubcaps on it and it'll only appreciate in value now.  That's Phil's top financial tip for 2015 people.

It baffles me why anyone would spend a 20 + grand on one of these never mind one that was built on a flippin ford Cougar!

I'd rather spend £50 quid on a new, extended, cod-piece / penis gourd and wear a neon hat, displaying the message 'dick-head', writ large . . .

Mini Hatchback!?

$_57.JPG

Just when you thought the rear end impact protection of a Mini was zero ….

All it needs is six brass handles and a spray of white lillies on top

Mini Hatchback!?

$_57.JPG

I wonder why? It's too small for sticking a wheel chair in the back of.

Seems like a lot of work for no gain, like that time my dad tried to invent a device to tow suitcases's behind a motorbility scooter.

Needs a backbox, a windscreen and an MoT.  With a little more effort it could be a bobby dazzler, as it were.  Seems priced fairly at £350.

Step 1: buy a Metro front seat

Step 2: catch train to Grimsby with seat.  Quip about not needing to pay for a seat as you've brought your own.  Get frowned at.

Step 3: fit seats to Metro on arrival and drive to pre-booked MoT

Step 4: Enjoy!

It'll fail anyway as the vendor's a bastard and taking the front seat belts too... I have a pair of front seats in the lean-to, but not aa pair of belts.

In other news, I should be picking the BX up tomorrow morning!

That's a bit harsh - you should be proud your dad invented the airport baggage tug.

I don't suppose there's much interest on here but my old man is selling this, It been of the road a while, he bought it of someone in the village as a non starter which turned out to be a flat battery in the key.

It's been moted twice since but not used, there's little wrong with it other than the door trims needing glueing back on and it needs to be registered as the last owner bought it over with him from Guernsey. (My dad didn't want to register it as it meant taking out a new policy to insure it or something).

Would you believe this, my dad has actually sold this without even a whisper of problems!, The winning bidder signed up to ebay specifically to bid on it, won it for less than he was willing to pay and is collecting it tomorrow morning. He only lives locally and wants it for running around on his fields and said that he didn't even need the mot. It's nice to hear a happy ebay story every now and then!.
