Tempted to break that Delta HF Turbo and rob the engine for my Dedra, which appears to have suffered badly from HGF.  I mean, a hole in the roof has to be fairly terminal in one of these, no?

This is amazing, I can just picture the giffer restorer* with his paint brushes touching up the scabby bits and painting all the chrome silver. I bet those mismatched Land Rover tyres came off a scrap pile too and the Allied Carpets remnants carefully trimmed and the edges bound by his missus on a 100 year old sewing machine. If I had unlimited space and money I'd employ an army of giffer bodgers and have a fleet of wobbly sided, crusty old motors that would show the care and attention only a man with a pipe in wooden garage could possibly carry out.

This is located not too far from me, I spotted it the other day in the metal and unfortunately it's utterly rotten! I don't honestly think it will ever see the road again, probably going to the oval!

It should be made a crime to let stuff like this rot away like that.

Isn't the Dedra a 2l 8v? The same as the early Themas. The Deltas like that were 1.6l and considerably lower on power than 2l turbos.
