ive being told it needs a new carb once running and warm you can switch it to LPG and it runs much smoother although it does tend to flood itself and cut out every 1/2 mile should be a simple fix with a new carb and LPG service

 

I bet you couldn't pour water out of a welly with instructions on the heel.
