That's horrible isn't it compared to the Nova, and the Nova wasn't exactly amazing! It's so dreary and drab looking.

One patch that extends from the rear bumper to the front bumper?

''Twas mine, that. It's also quite rotten. Ask Mr Adams of this parish who I passed it on to..

Unbelievably, the electrics did work well on it.

Oh (want level fades).

This guy looks like a flippin character from 'Bo Selecta'

I've just realised, when this appeared in an ebay search, that this is just around the corner from me.  Not seen the bloke around town and he looks quite memorable.  The price is a tad optimistic but happy to go and take a look if anyone's interested.  I might have been myself but I just can't muster any enthusiasm for the saloon version for some reason.

Meanwhile, a further 10 miles up the road, this has to be one of the best ebay titles I've ever seen, and it's not even intentional.

Even better, the entire listing is its MOT fail sheet.  He only added some positive aspects as an afterthought.

There is so much to say about this listing, none of it good.

20 year old future classic aged nicely

$_12.JPG

Yes, that grille has 'aged nicely', like a prop-forwards ears. What's all that duct tape in the lower grille slats for?

what you would except

Certainly, I'd 'except' that from my list of cars to consider.

In the last five years it has been twenty five miles back and forth for an MOT, but it currently has no MOT

No worries, that five mile round trip is a bit much to ask of anyone wanting just 2 grand for their car.

Year: 1995

Manufacturer: Citroen

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

...this car was in a Citroen showroom in Cornwall 1994/95....

Surely, most 1995-registered Citroens were in a Citroen showroom in 94/95?

A Citroen owner dream

True - all Citroen owners dream of picking up a tatty, MOT-less AX for £2000.

a showroom number plate, A15 AXD.

Imagine the hoards of rich AX diesel owners just throwing their wallets at you to get this reg.

Any question just ask

Is there oxygen on your home planet?

my datsun 100a f11 for sale due to other project. I drove this car 255 miles from scotland last week with no problems. My plan was to put this away for winter but I have bought a project that needs extensive welding so I need my garage space.

Righto chief!!! Good 'strategy' you've got going there. There must be a name for shiters that buy stuff and completely tie themselves in knots with the limited amount of money/space/time they have available, any suggestions what it might be? 'Cerebral shite parameter overload' or something. I used to get it but after years of practice am getting a bit better at it nowadays.

There's an epidemic of this just now. I think it's called Ebayla.
