If that's really a 1955, it's got entirely the wrong bonnet and wipers. I suspect early 1960s. I do have a complete rolling 2CV chassis outside my house, but it's for later 2CVs. If I bodged the two together, I'd be attracting H8ers left right and centre.

Just engines and minor styling mods I think. IIRC both are 12 based. 21 and 25 are far more different - Cavalier and Carlton rivals respectively.
