No pictures, but this sounds intriguing.

Sunbeam Rapier with tax and MOT for currently 500 notes and about 10 miles away. If the Orion sells by the end of Saturday, I may just have to potter over and take a peak with some cash in my pocket as these are serious lookers, much like a small Jensen Interceptor.

Have a picture off of Google - other search engines are available.

You know you've hit rock bottom when:

Nobody care for a little slice of heavily pogweaseled misery from Malaysia's 3rd favorite car manufacturer?

Or if that far eastern battered bollok doesn't float your boat, how about this gorgeous* Daewoo Espero with MOT and tax until September?

It can't just be me who thinks that those are a bit of a looker. A bit like if a Citroen XM and a Mk2 Cavalier had a drunken shag down a Korean back alley and then left the ofspring in an orphanage to be fostered by well meaning Daewoo.

Funnily enough, the driving experience is much the same as you've described it's origins there. I was quite disappointed at the time because I too think they look like a bit of alright.

Didn't know whether to put this in the bargains thread or not, these things seem to be going the way of the 500s now after years of being worthless.

Another tiddly Fiat. 7657 miles only.

The standard ones of these don't do much for me but I'd happily zip about town in a Sporting.

Michelin-man seats aside, these do look boss. Last of the "proper" GM B-body bad boys.

Would it really take £7,000 to fix that Ami?

That 126 is lovely - one of the earliest with the 500R rimz. As the seller says, it is certainly rarer than a 500! Still a lot of money though ... :?

Shite-spec 406 koop for £495 with a year's MOT. Won't be much fun dealing with the vendor though, who has a first-class honours degree from the UNIVERSITY OF BASTARD.

Dunno, the advert seemed pretty reasonable to me. Sell your own car privately, buy 406 coupe. But not this one. A V6, yeah.

After p828 are we approaching market saturation? Still though only €500 this one, does mention bodywork issues but I heard these Renners were good things.

That R18 has been on sale for long time.

If anybody wants a tiny 4x4 though you'd want to buy my Justy instead; as it's cheaper, and better :P

Ian, David... is that Spanners' Ami? Is he ok?

He's fine. He sold it to a chap called Chris who had a bit of an accident in it. Fortunately only pride dented, not organs or bones. Shame though. That car was on the 2CVGB NEC stand a year or so ago.

It's amazing how much more modern these look with the deletion of some of the fussy side trim, didn't know there was a GTi model although I suspect it's no Golf. Would.

.

My sister had one the same, 2.0 GTi. surprisingly rapid up to about 60, but seemed to have a bit of a drink problem.

Doesn't that dark blue R25 belong to someone on here?

I am selling this car on behalf of friend who does not have an Ebay account...

...since they don't allow those in HM Prisons.

...there has been alot of body mods to get it looking like it is now...

...each of them carefully executed to make it look shit and lower its value.
