Can't move for them

FCA connection, Ram Trucks sell them as vans - and there's a V6 option.

Basically replaces the old Freightliner/Ram Sprinter.

If only UK Transits came with 300bhp V6s as standard.

Yeah but with manual. Not the crap auto box that’s probably in it that feels like it’s transmittimg the power through the centrifugal force of a whisk in yoghurt.

You're probably right, in 2007 I hired an e350 minibus thing that had a Triton V10 supposedly putting out 300 bhp and over 400 lb/ft of torque. Not fast, but it was great for smoky U-turns! So much so I had to clean the rubber from around the left hand rear wheelarch before returning it , of course I'm much more sensible now.

It also did less than 10 mpg, presumably the Transits are a bit more economical.

That's an E450, the 350 has lightweight axles and would be overweight by the time they put the body on it.
