Long awaited* update. I’m sure you’re all on the edge of your seats…

The man from the ministry initially refused it, but a friendly chat with the office and we passed the “is it a car” test, with some assistance from the 2cvgb club. 
There is a jump forward now, as life has got in the way, but slow progress is still progress. 
A few niggles to sort, and it’s not at @Peter C or @trigger paint levels, but it’ll do for an ex farmers vehicle.

Ha, well I had a NOVA declaration with the car but it turned out to be for a different car. I hadn’t clocked that the vins were different. So I had to reapply for nova, then get an ageing certificate from the club. Once that was done, including a rubbing of the chassis plate with a crayon, the number was issued very quickly.
