Thanks for everyone's comments and interest following this thread. The Montego went to a new home this morning, and I am enjoying the new found space on the driveway!

 

Of course, this allows space for the next re-commissioning project to come out of storage and return home; an example of the last new car launched by MGRover. Stay tuned.
