The only vaguely tricky thing there is the suspension corrosion, everything else is bulbs, polishing, and drop links.  Steering issue possibly trackrods?  They are a tenner each, drop links aren't expensive or hard to do either. 

 

Can you expand on the corrosion at all?  Is it the strut top (a la 1970's Fords) or an actual component like a wishbone.  I cant make out quite what the tester is referring to

I think it's top inner wing at the back of the suspension turret but can have a look later and get a photo.   The steering one is a bit strange as I couldn't find any obvious worn.

Rusty bit is upper inner wing at front of NSF suspension turret under part of the headlamp, headlamp (the size of Belgium) seems to be located by 3 x 10mm (M6) bolts (same as Belgium) so one of the easiest  bits to weld  but  a bugger to get my big angle grinder into.

 

 

 

May be able to dump it somewhere near Gloucester (where is this to go to?)  this Sunday  £25 for day insurance and return rain fare to GU2 7XH AND if you can book prebooked MOT.

I quite like these. They drive quite nicely if a little bland. Nice and smooth. Not bad little run arounds. Ma & Sis are quite happy with thier roffle win K11 which is incidentally of the same reg year!
