Moreover why is having a drive at capacity a problem? Full doesn't say overflowing to me.

His Landlord might have said 'now then I need you to keep one clear space on the drive for XYZ reason, I have to make that a condition of your tenancy I'm afraid, are you OK with that'

His landlord might be me and have said “sell it or I will take ownership because I really want one”

No? :(

So put the car on jacks? it's not on the drive anymore.

That's going to be handy when he actually wants to go somewhere

Its more a point of - HIS house, HIS rules..plus he has to have access as he's currently (6 months and counting) renewing the fascia of the house and needs access for ladders etc...

Plus my neighbours - although pleasent enough , all own their own homes so its seen as i'm 'lowering the tone' and GASP possibly devaluing them too.....

Private tenant so what they say goes .. life a bitch - then you marry 1...or in my case 3.....i never learn!!!

either the shkoda goes or the shitron relay......shkoda is MOT'd so easiest option :(

If you weren't so far away I'd take it as I am currently carting about in a rusty as buggery Nissan Micra that doesn't like being driven over 60 and even with the tracking sorted it is still on squint.
