I agree, but not for that car.  If you look at the ebay link, there's a link within to YouTube, where a 132 features in an Italian cop-show chase.  The seller freely admits it was a copcar from new, and if that's how their police treat a nice new 132, the misaligned rear is no surprise.  That thing's clearly had a shunt up the bum (despite the seller categorically saying it hasn't had any such thing).  The bootlid now doesn't fit and the bumper is getting on for an inch further forward than it should be.

 

Mind you, I did have a very happy half-hour this morning watching Italian chase after Italian chase...!

That has very clearly taken one up the council.  AVOID, unless you are prepared to get jiggy with it.

The boot lid gap tells me it's had a harder bumming than Gary Lucy in the Hollyoaks showers, that will never be right and being in the UK it will just fill up with water. I'd save your money for something better.

That looks like future work & expense, and it's in Italy.

 

If you're going all that way, how about going for something like this one - more expensive at €3,000, but un-bummed and appears to be quite tidy:
