Alfa Romeo 147 looking for a new home

My Uncle has owned this for many years:

 

 

He has now bought a new car but hasn't done anything about selling this on yet. He does want it gone though.

 

As such he hasn't told me how much he wants for it but I'm thinking if I could signpost him to some interest it might help him decide.

 

It will possibly need a subframe for the MOT which is due tomorrow.He also mentioned something about a ball joint.

 

It has about 55000 miles and is a 1.6. He is very particular about his cars and it has been well looked after.

 

I shall try and press him for a price again tonight.

 

Sorry for being just a tad vague but I'd like to see this go to a good home.

I know nothing about these, but a 1.6 that needs a subframe? I suspect it's value will not meet his expectations.
