Somebody get this and stash it away in a giant Tupperware box to restore in 20 years time- preferably in an entirely moisture-free workshop.

I won't need it then. Finance finishes in my Chevy next Sept so I will get the wife another new car then and just keep that going over the winter. Corsa and Astra will be relicensed in May.

P plate is early isn't it? And how they can rust its gotta be good its still here.

It's an early one for sure!  Look at the price of the first off the line Range Rovers etc!!  Lol re the Tupperware box.. but to be honest, if you did have a (small) corner of a dry shed/ barn/ garage, squirrelling this away for twenty years would probably mean you'd end up with the only one left.  In the world.

Better than the return you'd get from the bank anyway!

Yeah October 1996 was the first one. 13 year production run although I don't want one with that plastic looking Brazillian thing up front, Endura E for me!

Christ. They did trim levels via numbers I remember, 2 had leccy windows and 3 was ac and everything else. My mate had a s plate one. I trued driving it but couldn't get comfy. Cornered ace though
